Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

when 5255 is connected using USB email attachments are not recognized or printed.  Not set up for wireless

Which web browser are you using? You can try using another web browser? Have you tried a different email address?

 

Does it print fine when connected wirelessly?

don't have wireless capability at this time,  Use Outlook for Email and MS Edge for browser.  Bill
