HP LASER 108W
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I have installed a HP Laser printer 108W.Connected to my laptop via usb cable. Print job is fine. Problem is I'm unable to access wifi direct of the printer from my laptop due to network security key issues. On the network/wifi window the wifi direct of the printer is displayed and when i connect my laptop it asks for the network key. In spite of entering the key as displayed on the configuration print page ,the display is "wrong key"

How to overcome this issue

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Let's restore the network settings on the Printer: You can revert the wireless network settings to the default values. Press and hold the (Wireless) button on the control panel for about 20 seconds. When the (Attention) LED and the (Power) LED start blinking together, release the (Wireless) button.

Once done, try connecting the printer again.

Let me know if this helps.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Thanks!

Have a great day!
