Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, the realtek audio drivers used to work but recently after a windows update, it stopped working altogether.

I've done pretty much everything that the virtual assistant has recommended with no effect.

No sound and no mic regardless of what version of the driver I use or the number of times I reset and reboot.

I did a hardware test from the BIOS and the speakers do only work from there...

Hello, it appears this is all windows fault, breaking drivers with forced updates again. -_-

I had to reinstall the OS and seems to have worked. Sound has been restored, hurra...
