My HP-15S EQ2143 AU Laptop's dual array microphone only is not working.Camera works perfectly. It is deected by system but no audio input is available by it. Performed driver updates and all other testes and confirmed as a hardware failure by me and a hp service centre and suggests replacement of this module.
I want the exact part number of the camera module in my laptop so i can search for it for replacement. One of the hp service official service centre near me said that it is difficult to source this. Or can you provide a way to source this camera module?

In the meantime, Since you’ve already confirmed with HP service that it’s a hardware issue and replacement is needed, To identify the exact part number for the camera/microphone module in your HP 15s-eq2143AU laptop. To ensure we provide you with the correct part number, we’ll need your laptop’s serial number. This allows us to look up the precise spare part details for your specific unit configuration.
Kindly share your serial number with us via private message . Once we have it, we can check the HP parts database and let you know the exact part number.
