My audio jack is not working. My laptop not detecting my headphones. My headphones are working perfectly fine on other devices.
I have checked troubleshooting sound problems. But that is detecting no issues.
I have checked my hardware component tests that is also working fine. All hardware tests passed.
I have all the latest drivers. Drivers are up-to-date.
What can I do to repair my audio jack problem?

A repair tech may be needed to diagnose the problem and do the repair.
Getting inside these newer laptops is challenging for the normal user.

Here is the spec page for that model
It states it has - 1 headphone/microphone combo jack. I suspect the jack configuration on the headphones is different than the combo jack, unless you have a combo headset.

That is interesting. If the audio quits from the speakers when the headphones are inserted, then assuming the jack has failed and needs to be replaced.
