My internal microphone does not work, using it with voice recorder only records white noise and nothing is heard on apps such as Zoom.

A plugged in combi microphone headset works fine.

 All troubleshooting apps show no issues. 

Driver is Microphone Array (Intel(R) Smart Technology (Intel(R) SST)). 10.0.18362.1 dated 18/03/2019

Uninstalled the device restarted machine downloaded and installed latest drivers (Same as were previously installed according to device manager). Restarted machine again and now it works.
