I am referring to the following post:

https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Audio/Laptop-buzzing-sound-distortion-from-internal-microphon...

I never got an answer. The problem hasn't been solved and the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics doesn't solve this issue, because this is a software issue, since it appears and dissapears on its own.

Please give me a solution that will permanently fix this problem.

@Edel_Weiss

I have gone through the previous post and I see that you have already tried multiple troubleshooting steps

I suggest you run the Test only for the Audio and Microphone

- Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the Notebook.
- Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second.
- When the menu appears, press the F2 key.
- On the main menu, click Component Tests and Audio

If all the Tests pass, please perform a Reset and check if that helps.

Hello, again,

sorry for taking the time to answer. I did what you suggested. The component tester for audio has only an option for speaker or headset. There is no option for microphone. I did the test for the headset and it passed, but again, no microphone test.

Just so that you can hear what the sound is like, I will upload the file here.
