Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-d1 (53F54AV)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I have just bought the HP Victus 16-d1 notebook and I have a problem with the speakers. My issues are identical with the ones described in Solved: No Audio Output Devices found (no speakers) - HP Support Community - 8059943 ( 1:1 with the screenshots in the original thread) and I was hoping for a possible model specific solution for my notebook. If such a solution exists, please share it with me and the rest of the community. All directions to rectify the issue are wholeheartedly welcome.

I have tried installing both drivers but with no success. Additionally, I have noticed that plugging USB headset works (sound comes from the headset), but using the 3.5mm output doesn't. After installing the drivers proposed by You, the device manager looks as follows:

Swiftblade_0-1663841391790.png

I have also noticed that there is a missing driver for the "Intel High Definition Audio" device which I have already downloaded from Realtek* High Definition Audio Driver for Windows® 10 64-bit and Windows 11* for the 11th Generation... (latest version) and installed. As expected, the driver is for 11th gen Intel products, whereas my product is a 12th gen and this also didn't solve the issue.
