Product: HP 245 G7 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi,

 

I have a HP 245G7 with preinstalled windows10. As part of some windows update, I updated this to Windows 11.

 

After that, my speaker is not working. The official HP support page supports only drivers for Windows 10

Reinstalling windows10 is not an option for me. kindly suggest what are the options I have. Can I download audio driver of a different HP laptop which is available for windows 11?

 

Is there anyone else facing the same issue and got this solved?

The only suggestion I can offer would be to try the W11 Realtek audio driver from the HP 245 G8:
