I m facing this issue from yesterday when i try to open audio files it is not playing at all and video files also even youtube videos not playing please help me

Hi there. Thanks for posting. Please share any error message you get when playing Audio of Video. Also, check if the Speaker icon is muted or has “Red X” on it. You may locate the icon on the right-hand side near the date and time. Please post back and share details.
