Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

15-BS015DX dead. No fan, no HDD, no USB power. Power port LED on and goes on/off if power button is held for several seconds. That is the only sign or sound of life. Also tried battery only, supply only, and hold power button for 30 sec, and remove/reinstall CMOS button battery, and hold Windows key and "B" on power cycle, and tried HDMI to TV. Inserted thumb drive with LED into USB. LED does not illuminate. Any suspects other than bad MB or CPU?  Laptop is only 13.5 months old! (just past warranty).
