I just bough my 15.6" spectre x360 and already running into BSODs. I ran the UEFI quick diagnostic and it failed the memory portion. Here's a screenshot with the system info overlaid. screen cap What next?

I understand you are getting a blue screen on your PC.
Don't worry I will try to help you out.
Thanks for performing diagnostics before reaching out to us.
The failure ID indicates it is an issue with memory or memory slot.
Memory Module Failure (no DIMM id)
Try reseating the memory on your PC if it accessible.
If the memory is not accessible, please contact HP support for service options.
