BIOS locked. Please help to clear the BIOS setting or default password for the system disabled halt code : i34187299

I just updated bios in my laptop then password was automatically set and i didn't set it manually...

 

I went to HP customer care and they said to change the mother board...

 

Please help me sir... Otherwise it will cost around Rs.20000 to me for changing the mother board....
