BIOS locked. Please help to clear the BIOS setting or default password for the system disabled halt code : i34187299

I just updated bios in my laptop then password was automatically set and i didn't set it manually...

 

I went to HP customer care and they said to change the mother board...

 

Please help me sir... Otherwise it will cost around Rs.20000 to me for changing the mother board....

But at Customer care they are saying to change mother board .. It will cost around Rs.20000. Is there not any another way???
