Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My 6mth old and under warranty laptop has just started to open up asking for BitLocker recovery key?

I have tried going to MS account for the key but not found there!

How can I find the key (I know the BitLocker ID from the screen) or reset the laptop to allow me to use it - even if I will loose any data.
