HP Pavilion 15-cs2013ca

Hi. From yesterday, my laptop can't boot after the hp logo. It stucks at the black screen. Then I tried to boot by another win 11 which is on my ssd, and also it stucks at the black screen. So I tried to boot by the safe mode and also same. I tested my memory, my hard drives but they were okey. So please help me to find

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... I would like to help you.

 

(1) Double check with external monitor connected via vga/hdmi cable.

Do you see (boot screen and) Windows loading on external monitor ?

 

- Power off external monitor

- Connect vga/hdmi cable

- Power on external monitor

- Power on notebook

I just tried but nothing is showing on all 2 screens. And I tried some research and it seems like the cpu has a problem.

Check HP warranty status:

You need to provide the serial number of your notebook here:

Check your warranty or service status

 

To find serial number follow:

Find product and serial numbers for HP PCs, printers, and accessories

 

Do not post any serial number here in the community !

 

If status (date) is wrong:

The Windows file system could be corrupt or there is a hard disk error or undefined sofware or technical error.

I have finished ''memory test'' and also ''hard drive check''. And they are all passed. But for the ''storage tests'', it is saying ''no storage installed''.
