Can't create a BIOS recovery flash drive from BIOS file

Hello.

I know there is another thread in which this same question was asked, but it wasn't answered. I am following all the instructions and going to the appropriate links to create a BIOS recovery flash drive for my notebook, whose product number is B7M23AV . Now, when I follow the instructions, all I get is this screen and no option to create the recovery flash drive.

Why does this happen? How can I create the recovery flash drive? I need to open my notebook and clean it and need to be prepared in case I have a BIOS failure because it has happened in the future (and went away by itself, mysteriously).

Please note that what I need to know is why this is happening and how can I fix it. Buying a new laptop, a BIOS programmer, or anything else is not an option for me at the moment.

You don't mention what BIOS you have and what BIOS you want.

EG:

This 2016 version...

Why are the dates out of sequence? Dunno.

Or weirdly this 2013 version.
