HP Recommended

1) HP 15-dw1033dx Laptop

2) Windows 11?

3) "Enter Admin Password or Power On password." - Unable to access any other screen or bypass this startup. The computer is unusable and not sure how to fix this issue. 

4) The System Disable number when three incorrect attempts is [ i 65542471]
