HP Red Flyer, HP 15 touch, HP Pavillion x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So I had an error pop up on my old HP Red Flyer computer. It was the 0xc000000f error. It tried to get the computer to work, but it just didn't boot any more. I went to buy a new computer at the Altavista, Va Walmart. A computer they had set up on display had the same error. IT was a new HP Pavillion x360. I thought wow that is weird. I also decided not to buy that one. Then I bought an HP 15-da0033wm touch computer from that Walmart. When I got it home and set it up, it gave me a different error. It was not the 0xc000000f error. This error had a different code. I was able to factory reset the computer, before I even used it, to bypass the error. Something wacky is going on with your computers. I took the one I just bought back. They told me that a lot of your computers are doing this kind of thing. I bought an Asus. You have lost my trust.

@Cattoyou1588,

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
