Product: HP Pavilion - 15-cc060wm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My laptop won't start up.  The light on the button that you push to start, the light just goes on and off continuously.  What is causing that.  I have it on charge but it still won't start up.  Any. suggestion to fix this or is my laptop done?
