HP Recommended

After switch on the laptop everything works fine until the Home Screen is shown, doesn’t load the icons on my desktop and doesn’t let me click the toolbar nor the windows button, tried to enter the control+shift+esc and the windows+R on the Home Screen and nothing happened, help appreciated.
