HP Elitebook 840 G5
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Dear Support,

My name is Nicolai Geleijns, IT-Supporter at the University of Southern Denmark (SDU)

One of my clients has changed his password in the BIOS and forgot all about it. I tried to reset it but this is so far not possible.

Could you please send me an SMC.BIN file (so the BIOS will open up again) based on the following details of the computer:

HP Elitebook 840 G5

[personal information removed]

SKU number: 2FA70AV

UUID: 9FF16F33-7449-7972-A675-8A3C33B9EFA

Asset Tracking Number: [Personal Information Removed]

System board: 8382

System Board CT Number: PGWJB00WBBQ3VR

Thanks in advance,

With regards,

Nicolai Geleijns
