HP 15DB1076-NR LAPTOP blue screen. Where can I download the current UEFI file?

I was attempting to reinstall Windows 10 because of issues on my laptop. Now its the blue screen. The system attempted repairs. Where can I download the current UEFI file? Thank you for your help!

Boot into Safe Mode:

• Try booting your laptop into Safe Mode by pressing the F8 key repeatedly during startup. Safe Mode loads only essential drivers and can help you identify if a third-party driver or software is causing the problem.

Use Windows Recovery Options:
