Hello. Could you please help me ?
1) I bought new notebook HP Elitebook 840 G6 (Product4WG30AV,Serial5CG02469TV)
2) before I turn it on, I installed additional DDR4 2400 8GB RAM
3) when I turned notebook on, I realized it's probable faulty or nut supported, I heard beeps 2.3, so there was some hardware issue, and this was the only part I changed. So I removed the RAM
4) I tried to enter BIOS, but I was asked for Administrator password
5) I guess, faulty or not supported RAM somehow locked my BIOS and Service refuse to help.
6) service offered to pay 20000kc (Czech crown) for new motherboard + 1000kc for replacement of new motherboard
Is there any help or another experienced such error ?

Inserting additional memory, should not, in and of itself, void the warranty -- so you should be able to get the laptop serviced or replaced by HP.
You would need to contact HP Customer Support directly to explore your options for this.
