Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

 i bought HP Envy x360 13M-BD0023 laptop and the hinge broke after 2 months of use!! hp cyprus is asking for 550€ to fix this manufacturing error without even seeing the laptop!! what should i do here can someone give me some emails from the management to report this I have read that this hinge problem is worldwide it was not only me! i was surprised to see such an error from a company as big as hp very disappointed!!
