HP Envy x360 m6 Convertible PC - m6-ar004dx
Unknown

My laptop was running fine until out of nowhere it refused to turn on. The only signs of life is an orange light when its plugged in, which turns a white/blue color after a while, and when I plug my phone into a charging port, it charges properly. The lights are both solid, there is no blinking occurring. I have tried many versions of the hard restart, pressing the power button, pressing the power button and mute button, and pressing the power button and windows key and B key, all were held down for a good amount (30 seconds at least). Please notify me if you believe my laptop is in more of a need than a simple restart, or if other ways are known to fix the issue. The battery on my model of laptop is internalized, thus cannot be removed. If there aren't ways I could fix it myself is there hope a professional could, or do I have to overall buy a new laptop?

Hello @Kelp5

Thank you for posting in the HP Support Community.

Please, review the HP official article/guide about such issues you experience now. Follow the appropriate steps that fit your case to attempt to fix the issue:

If you did try everything from the guide but nothing helped, I am afraid you will need to bring your computer (or ship it) to service - HP Authorized service center. If the computer is still under warranty, you will need to notify HP support first. If you are not sure where such a center is located, please contact HP support for assistance in finding one. Here is more info:

Hope this helps.
