I bought a HP Enxy x360 in the past 3 years. I had a problem with heating, took it to a service center. They gave it back and it still was heating but not that much so I ignored it. One day while using it it just shut down and these problems started appearing. It doesn't boot up unless I enter bios first, it just freezes on a black screen on sleep ( the laptop is heating up), gets very little FPS/performance in games compared to specs, and excess overheating on using Chrome or gaming. It feels like a hardware issue since reinstalling windows did not help. But just in case it is a software issue how do I fix this?
