10 months ago I bougt my first HP laptop from outlet/ perfect condition not even tiny scratch / from seller I know he got it from  Amazon store leftovers  in Germany ( I live in Poland) and laptop was only turned on couple times and was practically not used. First month I was abroad so it was waiting for me in home. Later I opened the package and used  it maybe 4 times just to configure system, do updates etc and just browse websites on it. Laptop was all ok for me, fast, good looking but because I also have 2 Thinkpads it landed in my desk drawer just as spare laptop. Now I give it to my wife because she need laptop to her new job/ she is starting her own business. I checked info about hardware and took photos on my google drive- the battery cycle was showed as charged 8 times, battery volume 42585mWh, used in 0,0 percent so everything ok.  My wife used it for last 3 weeks in home office, got all needed programs on it and  reconfigure it to her needs. Today like always in the morning she wanted to turn it on, but laptop didnt react and it was not left with empty battery. After she pluged the charger to it there was no light that alway shows up when it was charging. I spend half day on forums, youtubes etc but I still didnt find solution to get it work. I tried hard reset, borrow same hp charger, tried with usb c port that was also configured for charging, finally I had to open and unplug battery like it was written in couple solutions ...but still nothing. I checked serial number of laptop and it is (of course) just couple months out of waranty. What can I do now/ my wife need it next week in work to function properly..... Is it the motherboard that cause the problem lilke many youtube technicians had discovered and could not get it work again? How can I fix it/ or just throw it to garbage and remember to never buy any HP again? How much it will cost me if I would like to send it to hp service, or hp service is not doing things like that?
