Microsoft Windows 11

Hello, I have seen this question asked a few times in the community but I have not found an answer that has helped me.

Problem:

When I lock my laptop or close it and try to visit it > 10 seconds later, I get a black screen. The power button has a solid white color indicating the laptop is powered on, but it is not functional. After performing a hard reset it starts fine. However, this is very annoying as I have to frequently do this.

Diagnostic Steps Taken So Far:

1. I have restarted the laptop and pressed F10 to enter BIOS  setup menu. I selected and loaded the BIOS Setup Default settings, saved, and started. No change noticed. I performed all the steps outlined in this post:

2. Using HP PC Hardware Diagnostics, I have ran the Fast Test. Everything seemed to pass successfully. Results screenshot shown below.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
