Product: HP ZBook Power 15.6 inch G9 Mobile Workstation PC RCTO Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I currently have a Zbook 15.6 that has no display and the power status light blinks for 15 seconds while the NumLock key stays solid during that time.
I have unplugged the battery, reseeded the memory and more.

i have unplugged the battery and plugged in the ac adaptor and the power status light still blink for 15 seconds. 
I have done a hard reset and tried other power adaptors and have the same issue.
