Cannot shut down, totally frozen in 'restarting' mode

Hi,


Press Power button continually for 2-5 seconds to shut down

Then tap away f2 key as soon as you power on laptop, do extensive hard drive and memory tests from UEFI System Diagnostics

tried but power button does nothing. There's no fan running or anything. It's like it is shut down

Try powering on with AC charger connected and battery removed
