HP ProBook 640 G2 Notebook PC (ENERGY STAR)

Hello, my notebook sometimes doesn't turn on and when it doesn't, the cap lock and num lock LEDs light up 5 times (long), the sequence is not repeated and then the fan turns on at maximum.
I already tried changing the RAM and the disk and the error continues
