Pavilion laptop/tablet 10-P0070NA 2in1

Nothing happens when power button is pressed. No image or sound. When charger is plugged in I see an orange light. Trying to power on with charger causes orange led to blink 5 times then go to solid orange.

I have tried charging the tablet for over 6 hours, pressing power button for 30 sec as well as holding power button and clicking home button 20 times.

 None of these have helped.

I got the tab in this condition and do not know about its history.

Please suggest what can be done to resolve this issue.

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Thanks for your response. Product number is P1512EA#ABU.

M/M:10-n200na.

I assume it runs some version of Windows but can't confirm as I had bought it from someone in this state.

Hi,

Tried all steps in the link above. No luck. Only thing I notice is that the number of blinks are 6 first time I connect power and try to start after holding down power button for some time v/s 5 on subsequent startup when trying to start without removing power or without holding down power button.

Regards.
