I would suggest you perform cloud recovery.

 

Note: performing the recovery you will lose the personal data and installed application.

 

Please take the backup and perform then perform the recovery.

@Praveen i understand that you suggest that the installation is corrupted so i'have to try a new installation but i faced this problem just from the first days when i had just installed the operating system.

 

It seems a graphic card related problem but i don't know how to activate a trace or a log to understand what happens just before the pc crashes.

I recommend you contact support to further diagnose the issue.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
