360 Envy laptop

I ran a diagnostic test and the it said the hard drive faild and gave me this 24 digit failure number, 0LJWJ-8RTA89-GXGGQK-60F903, IF anyone knows what this means or how to fix, I would be very grateful, thank you

Hi:

 

You're missing a character from the first set of characters of the ID code.

 

No matter.  You will need to replace the hard drive and reinstall the operating system.

 

Consult the maintenance and service guide for your specific model notebook for how to remove and replace the hard drive.

 

If your notebook was built in the last 3 or 4 years, you can most likely reinstall W10 by making a bootable USB recovery drive using the cloud recovery tool.
