Hello every one
i found a notification from hp support assistant to update bios so i updated it now the version of bios is insyde f22 date 18-1-2018
after that the laptob not open black screen and cabs lock blinking i tried all things like windows key with b some times open but if the laptob sleep mode of if i shut down it not open again
i tried to recovery the bios from windows by downloading the wright one form hp drivers f04 2016 but it did not accepted from laptob telling me that it is not comptible with my machine !!!
i tried again by creating usb recovery and booting with it but i can not log in to bios setup utality and after many times trying booting to windows again with the same problem when shutdown or sleep mode .. blck screen
Is there any way there to reset this bios and install the right bios version ??

Try this if you have not already:
Execute the downloadable BIOS firmware file (e.g. sp76865.exe) on another computer to create the BIOS recovery USB flash drive. Then power up your notebook with the USB inserted while holding down the Windows key and B key and the HP BIOS update utility will run. I already tried this solution many many times but not working with me
I am sure the problem happened coz the hp support assistant app identified my machine model wrong so it gives me wrong update !!!
It identified my laptop as y0xx !!
And the drivers web page show me the right machine !!
I do not know is there any solution especially my warnnty ended

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

I am still waiting the private message for more details
I wish someone there respond to me espicialy when the problem is not my fault it is becouse the hp support assistant app which give me a wrong bios update
I hope some one there in HP respond
