i tried to recovery the bios from windows by downloading the wright one form hp drivers f04 2016 but it did not accepted from laptob telling me that it is not comptible with my machine !!!

i tried again by creating usb recovery and booting with it but i can not log in to bios setup utality and after many times trying booting to windows again with the same problem when shutdown or sleep mode .. blck screen

Is there any way there to reset this bios and install the right bios version ??

Try this if you have not already:

Execute the downloadable BIOS firmware file (e.g. sp76865.exe) on another computer to create the BIOS recovery USB flash drive. Then power up your notebook with the USB inserted while holding down the Windows key and B key and the HP BIOS update utility will run.  Full instructions are here: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c02693833
