Hi,

I need to enable TPM in BIOS on an 820 G1. I can see the TPM option in BIOS, but it's greyed out.

I've tried updating the BIOS and loading defaults for all settings, including security settings.

Any ideas to stop it from being greyed out so I can enable it??

Thanks.

No it didn't, and when I set one, TPM became available.

Thanks heaps!

P.S. That is  a RIDICULOUS thing to have to do to enable TPM. It's like having to beep your horn 5 times before you can start your car.

thats strange because on my laptop i dont need an Administrator password on mine to use TPM.  TPM is available for me in the BIOS for changing but i dont as i may use it in the future. I don't know.
