Settings before:

first if I turn down the screen it goes to sleep.

Settings  after:

If I lower the screen, it turns off and, as before, to turn it on I have to insert the charger for at least one second.

Both before and after there is always the problem if I stop the notebook.

Sorry but previously I did not understand why inexperienced. I submit the results. I communicate further information: the battery has been replaced by an expert with an original one; could the hardware have been damaged with this operation? Thank you.

No I don't think so ...

(1) Create Windows system <restore point>

How to Create a System Restore Point on Windows 10 or Windows 11

(2) Let Windows install <Optional updates> ( including drivers )

What Are Windows Optional Updates, and How Do You Install Them?

See section <How to Find and Install Windows Optional Updates>

(3) Run <Windows Optional Updates>, everything that comes shall be installed

(4Restart Windows

(5Test again

I think I have updated everything.

The problem is not resolved. If I shut down the system, turn down the video and pick it up again within 8 seconds maximum, it turns on; otherwise it is necessary that I insert the battery charger for even just a second to turn it back on. If I leave the video raised even for several hours the notebook turns on without problems. When I turn down the screen it loses the charge needed to start up.
