Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

The problem with my notebook 15-DW1020NL shows up when I turn it on. It always turns on but if I turn down the screen and turn it up it won't turn on anymore. To turn it back on, I have to insert the battery charger even for just one second. It's definitely not a battery fault. Thank you.

No. The problem has not been solved. Now there is this warning: "The CMOS checksum is invalid. The CMOS will reset to the default configuration, and the computer will testart. Afterwards, please check the BIOS setup options to see if they change. CMOS Reset (602) ENTER - Restart the computer. For more information, please visit: http://www.hp.com/go/500bioserror.
