The following sequences of incidents happened in a single day 20-june-2020.
1) I wake up laptop from sleep mode. Trying to finish some office works. I notice some glitches in the synaptics touch pad. Suddenly Blue screen appears and stop code is: "DRIVER IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL" and the laptop restarts.
2) I login again and few minutes later, blue screen appears again and stop code is : "DRIVER IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL what failed : rtwlane.sys" and the laptop restarts.
3) I shut down the laptop and then try to switch it on. This time Caps lock blinks 3 long 2 short and the screen is blank. I try to hard reset my laptop by disconnecting peripheral devices and long pressing power key. After repeated attempts I am able to turn on the laptop and login to my account. I notice problems with synaptic touch pad. I click on reset in the touch pad app. Now the touch pad works.
4) Now The laptop works well with restart and sleep mode with glitches in the Synaptic Touch pad. But once I shut it down, it is difficult to turn it on.
5) I ran a quick test of memory and hard drive during the startup. Tests are passed.
Please help me with a solution.

@gnaneeswar Welcome to HP Community!
I understand that the Laptop doesnt start. Capslock flashes 3 long 2 short. After repeated attempts Laptop turns on.
The error indicates embedded controller has timed out waiting for the BIOS to return from system board initialization (end of POST).
The blinks indicate system board failure on your PC.
Try restoring the BIOS to default and check if it helps.
1. Turn off the computer and wait five seconds.
2. Press the Power button to start the computer and repeatedly press the F10 key to enter the BIOS setup menu.
3. On the BIOS Setup screen, press F9 to select and load the BIOS Setup Default settings.
4. Press F10 to Save and Exit.
5. Use the arrow keys to select Yes, then press Enter when asked Exit Saving Changes?
6. Follow the prompts to restart your computer.
