Product: HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-ey0000 (54J83AV)

 

When I leave my laptop in sleep mode with the lid closed it has trouble waking back up. When I open the lid the screen is completely black and the white power light blinks slowly. When I click the power button nothing happens, so I click and hold it to shut down the computer. I then turn it back on and it gets stuck on the loading screen photo I've attached. This is the second time it's happened in two days and I'm not sure why since I haven't done any changes/updates. Yesterday I did another reset after it was stuck for a bit and it turned on and showed a screen that said it didn't reset properly. I'm not sure what to do, I've only had the computer since December so it's very new. I appreciate any help!
