Hi,
While under warranty my Omen Laptop was taken in for repair by HP. The motherboard and GPU were replaced. Now the warranty has run out, and I've found my BIOS to be locked (I have not changed the password). As a password for the new hardware was not given, this is an error on the side of HP. I have full access to my computer, but I cannot change BIOS settings. Entering the password multiple times does not produce an error code.
I have proof of ownership, as well as the documents related to the service repair and delivery. I'd appreciate any pointers to recieving support on this issue.
Thank you
