What happens when you press the "ESC" key (top-left corner of your keyboard) ?

 

Do you get choices like "Enter BIOS SETUP" or "Select Boot Device" ?

 

It is possible that your computer's disk-drive has "died", and the motherboard cannot load Windows from that disk-drive, and it is asking if you can supply some other media (USB memory stick? CD? DVD?) that contains an operating system.
