Am using hp book series 4530s. Until last three weeks when I switch it on it demands for my password I have been using since. I did the "press esc" and run all the tests which were all passed.
Now when I switch it on only the hp logo appears and it remains forever until I remove the battery.please help me

My house notebook model 11-r014 wm is stuck on the loading screen. It won't give me the log on screen. I do not have wifi or Internet connection but if you can give me the instructions to reset it i would appreciate it!
