Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

when I turn on my computer it says

boot device not found.

Please install an operating system on your hard drive.

Hard disk - (3F0)

 

If i press F2 as it says i must do and i test the hard drive it says:

smart check: Passed

short DST: NOT AVAILABLE (1: NOT AVAILABLE)

 

help pleace

Welcome to HP forums, I see that you are getting boot device not found error when you turn on the notebook.

 

I am sending you a private message. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.

I hope this helps resolve this issue completely.
