Error F30

Hi,

This error usually indicates a Hard Drive failure.

First, try performing HP diagnostics on the PC at boot to see if the Hard Drive is good.

Turn off the PC by holding the power button. Turn on PC and continuously keep pressing ESC until the startup menu appears and then press F2 to enter diagnostics. Try the fast test, or at least the hard drive test.

See if there are any hardware errors.

Let me know,

David

Is the PC still under warranty?

Yes

OK. I have flagged the post. Someone will most likely intervene since it is under warranty.
