Hi,

After a windows update last night, my laptop wont boot at all. I push the start button, it lights, and then begin to blink. That's all. Only black screen, no sound.

Tried to push esc, f2, f8, f10, f12... at startup but nothing.

Any idea ?

Please start with a Power Reset. Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c01684768

If the issue persists, try a BIOS Recovery. Please follow the instructions in this Link: https://support.hp.com/si-en/document/c02693833

Keep me posted how it goes

Hi,

I tried Power Reset, BIOS Recovery (and CMOS), without and with USB.

Nothing worked. Black screen, no sound, fan seems off and power button keeps bleeking slowly.

Any other idea ?
