My laptop freezes when pressure is applied to the keyboard or any time it is moved. Sometimes it boots back up. This time, it has kept Caps Lock beeping fine 3 days.

If under warranty then replace it. If not under warranty you need a new laptop.

The motherboard likely has a surface crack or bad solder joint.  Applying pressure or flexing the system can either freeze a working system or fix the problem for one not working. Randomly.

Look up your laptop model on youtube and find a disassembly video.

Remove memory, use Air Duster, clean memory contacts with an eraser and replace.

Try flexing the system to see if it boots.  If flexing seems to to work then try the hair dryer trick.

Thank you. I have had 3 other HP laptops and never encountered this problem. I noticed when i got it (back in July) that it was extra light and flimsy...it recently started doing this and i don't know why. I have dropped laptops, sat on them, nearly folded them, etc. and they kept on ticking! So, i found advice, i did a BioS reinstall, made a recovery USB, reinstalled Windows 11...it just got worse. I used to be able to hold "b" button and get it to reboot, but now it just keeps flashing Caps Lock. I'm sending it in to HP repair, but i think it will attempt to fix the motherboard myself. ..i have 3 days...
