When I turn on my laptop it’s open and show just opening logo, stuck like this not working . I have tried to troubleshot but can’t access when I press f9 or f12 or f11 keys it says entering booting menu or system information but not working only stuck like this.

I tried that but it’s not working because when I open my laptop it appears only logo of HP nothing else. When I press esc or F2 button it just says entering setup menu or system Diagnostic but in real it’s not entering and functioning it stuck like this. You can see the photo it just stuck like this not functioning!

(2Disconnect charger

(3Press and hold <power> button for 30 seconds

(4Connect charger

(5) Try HP Diagnostics ...

(6) Please report your results

Hi,

It’s the same. I tried as you said but it’s not working, stuck in HP logo page no diagnostic openings. When I press and hold power button for 30 seconds it’s doesn’t turn on my laptop! 
so is there any other solution?

This does not turn on the device, but drains the current remaining in the components of the device.

(3Press and hold <power> button for 30 seconds

(4Connect charger

(5) Power on without internal battery
