Hi @Rajendra17

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.

That sounds incredibly frustrating, especially after multiple repairs. Since your HP laptop still refuses to boot after the battery drains, despite replacing both the battery and motherboard, it suggests a deeper issue—possibly related to power management, BIOS settings, or firmware conflicts.

Possible Causes & Fixes

Check Power Adapter & Charging Port

  • Try a different HP-certified charger to rule out power delivery issues.
  • Inspect the charging port for dust or damage.

Perform a Hard Reset

  • Disconnect the charger and remove the battery (if removable).
  • Hold the power button for 30 seconds to drain residual power.
  • Reconnect the battery and charger, then try turning it on.

Update BIOS & Firmware

  • If the laptop boots after a reset, update the BIOS and firmware from HP’s support page here.
  • Some HP models have power management bugs that require firmware updates.
